Accounting Lab is an interactive accounting simulation platform designed to enable users to practice full accounting cycle tasks within an environment that simulates Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

The platform operates by generating financial and operational scenarios that simulate real business environments, allowing users to develop their professional skills in accounting, financial analysis, and decision-making.

The platform is part of an educational ecosystem linked to the Dr. Accounting platform, which specializes in training for professional accounting and finance certifications.

By using the Accounting Lab platform or creating an account, the user acknowledges their agreement to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

If the user does not agree to these terms, they must refrain from using the platform.

To access the platform's services, a user account must be created. The user acknowledges the following:

• Providing accurate and correct information upon registration.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Not sharing the account with any other person.
• The user bears full responsibility for any activity carried out through their account.

The platform reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account upon discovery of any unauthorized use.

The platform provides training subscriptions for the following durations:

• Three months
• Six months

Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Upon expiry, the user may purchase a new subscription to continue training or advance to a higher training level.

The platform retains the user's previous training data, including journal entries and transactions performed.

The platform does not directly store or process users' payment card data.

All payment transactions are processed through external payment service providers such as Stripe or PayPal, who handle payment data in accordance with their own security and privacy policies.

All subscription fees are non-refundable once access to the platform has been activated.

The platform provides a dynamic training environment based on generating multiple and evolving scenarios, and training success depends on the user's continuous interaction with the system.

Accounting Lab provides an educational simulation system that mirrors real-world ERP systems, allowing users to train in:

• Recording financial transactions
• Posting to the general ledger
• Reviewing the trial balance
• Preparing adjusting entries
• Preparing financial statements
• Analyzing financial performance

The platform relies on an intelligent scenario engine that generates chronologically linked financial events to simulate real business operations.

At the end of training, the user may receive:

• A performance evaluation
• An analytical error report
• Training recommendations

Recommendations may include suggestions to enroll in training courses offered by the Dr. Accounting platform.

The platform uses artificial intelligence technologies to generate educational scenarios and analyze user performance in order to enhance the learning experience.

These technologies are used for educational purposes only.

All intellectual property rights related to the platform are reserved, including:

• System design
• Scenario engine
• Educational content
• Databases
• Software
• Trademarks

The user may not copy, republish, or exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission.

The user is prohibited from doing the following:

• Sharing account credentials with others
• Taking screenshots or recording content
• Copying or republishing scenarios
• Attempting to hack or disrupt the system
• Attempting to analyze or reverse-engineer the system

The platform collects some basic data for account management and to improve the learning experience, such as:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Country
• Payment data
• Educational performance
• Activity within the platform

This data is used in accordance with the platform's Privacy Policy.

The platform is intended for educational and training purposes only.

The platform bears no responsibility for any professional or financial decisions that the user may make based on the training.

The platform reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and the updated version will be published on the website.
