• Copying, distributing, or modifying any content from the platform without prior written permission is prohibited.

Some of our services require a paid subscription.

• Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued.
• We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days prior notice.
• You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes on our services.

All intellectual property rights in the platform and its content are owned by Accounting Lab.

• All trademarks and logos are owned by Accounting Lab.
• You retain ownership of any content you submit, but you grant us a license to use it to provide our services.

Services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.

• We do not guarantee that the services will be error-free or continuously available.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
• Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount of subscription paid in the past 12 months.
• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service.

These terms may be terminated by either party.

• You can terminate your account at any time through account settings.
